About Adam Purvis (from his website):

I am a career firefighter and have been for the last 16 years. This affords me a lot of free time and for years I searched for something that interested me enough to actually create a business with. In 2016 I purchased a lot of equipment and jumped head first into building custom folders. Over the course of late 2016 and 2017 I hand built 20 folders.

I have since gone the opposite route of most makers. I actually pulled away from making custom knives and began more modification work. I found that I enjoy creating Timascus parts and modifying knives much more than building my own.

In late 2017 I began the process of launching my own production knife brand. This was very exciting for me and started moving me more towards where I want to be in the long run. The eventual goal is to purchase my own CNC equipment and to move all production in house. The benefits of starting by building my own custom folders can not be overstated. This taught me so much about lock geometry and other important items in knife building.

So that is where I am. I hope to continue to grow while providing a level of service that I expect from companies I do business with. If you ever have any questions please to not hesitate to ask.
