    The Ultratech is a great little knife. Operation is easy, of course all of Microtech’s OTF’s are a little stiff right out of the box. That said I added a little PKL and she was ready to go! Solid action, slight blade play, nothing more than any typical OTF. Works great for EDC. The tanto version works great for me! Overall the knife has wore in very well. Has not failed not even once! I personally think it’s a little slippery for my large size hands but I still manage. I’m sure the Combat Troodon will be a better fit for me but this one is staying in the EDC rotation! Go for it! For the response time and delivery, REC is top notch and ? an excellent company!
