How do I return an item?

PLEASE SUBMIT RETURNS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. 

LOG IN > GO TO "ORDERS" > FIND THE ORDER AND CLICK ON "RETURN ITEMS?" > SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST

ONCE REQUEST IS APPROVED, YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEND THE ITEM BACK

 

Returns are accepted on NEW, UNUSED items within 30 days of receipt. Original Shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders that qualify for free shipping will have the original (actual) shipping cost deducted from the refund amount. All original accessories, packaging, tags, etc. must be included and in new condition when returning any item. Items that show sign of wear, carry or are not in 100% brand new, original condition will not be accepted for return. For orders that are placed with Afterpay or Sezzle, there will be a 5%-6% restock fee, (unfortunately we cannot recoup the fee we pay for using these services). Defective items are handled on an individual basis, please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective item. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.

 

Will a return shipping label be provided?

If the item is deemed defective out of the box or the wrong item is sent, a shipping label will be provided upon request. Please respond to the automated email if this is something you believe your return will qualify for. Determining this is done on a case by case basis.

*Knives with an "uneven" grind, "poor action", "small nick" or an "off center" blade are not considered defective. While we will be more than willing to fix the grind, tune the action or even replace the knife with a different one, we will not provide a return shipping label, that would be the buyers responsibility. Thank you for understanding. 

 

Warranty issues

All situations deemed as warranty issues and claims will be handled between the buyer and the manufacturer. Any and all costs related to shipping items back to the manufacturer are the responsibility of the buyer. In most cases, when contacted, the manufacturer will provide a return shipping label for you. 

 

Items Excluded From Return: 

Batteries, shaving razors, soaps, aftershaves and other consumable items will not be eligible for return unless received as defective.

 

Excessive Returns:  

Customers that have a history of showing an excessive number of returns may be required to pay a 10-15% restocking fee on any returned items. This is determined on a case by case basis.

 

What forms of payment do you take?

~Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express 

~Sezzle: A pay in 4 option, (longer plans available).

~After Pay: A pay in 4 option.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept Paypal due to the nature of what we sell. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

 Do you offer Gift Cards / Certificates on the website?

Yes, We do!

Desktop Version: Just click GIFT CERTIFICATES on the top right corner of the site.

Mobile Version: Just click the 3 dashes in the top left, and "Gift Certificates" is the last option on the bottom

This is where you can purchase a gift certificate and send it to the recipient. If you would like to print it yourself, and physically hand it to the recipient, please use your email address in the "recipient email address" field and it will be sent to you! These certificates can be used both in our showroom and on our site! 

 

 

 Can I pay with a Gift Card / Certificate on the website?

 Yes!, at checkout, there is a hyperlink titled "Gift Certificate" under your subtotal, this is where you or the recipient would add the unique gift certificate number. 

 

 Do I have to pay sales tax?

 If you are located in Ohio, you will have to pay sales tax.

 If you are out of state, it is the Buyers Responsibility to pay taxes. We currently do not charge Tax on out of state purchases.

 When will my credit card be charged?

 When you place an order, your credit card will be charged and your order will ship ASAP.

 

 I am not Military / LE, can I purchase an Automatic Knife?

 Buyer assumes ALL responsibilities when purchasing an Automatic Knife. Please check your local laws and regulations regarding such.

 Automatic Knife Laws & Assisted Knife Laws. The Switchblade Act, (Pub.L. 85-623, 72 Stat. 562, enacted on August 12, 1958, and codified in 15 U.S.C. § 1241–1245), as may be amended, (the “Act”) prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:


(a) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;

(b) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;

(c) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory;

(d) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c).

Sections 1242 and 1243 of the Act shall not apply to:

(e) any common carrier or contract carrier, with respect to any switchblade knife shipped, transported, or delivered for shipment in interstate commerce in the ordinary course of business;

(f) the manufacture, sale, transportation, distribution, possession, or introduction into interstate commerce, of switchblade knives pursuant to contract with the Armed Forces.

(g) the Armed Forces or any member or employee thereof acting in the performance of his duty;

(h) the possession, and transportation upon his person, of any switchblade knife with a blade three inches or less in length by any individual who has only one arm; or

(i) a knife that contains a spring, detent, or other mechanism designed to create a bias toward closure of the blade and that requires exertion applied to the blade by hand wrist, or arm to overcome the bias toward closure to assist in opening the knife.

 

There are some areas within the United States of America where we cannot ship certain restricted items.

 

Will my item be opened and inspected before shipment?

We do not open and inspect the item(s) unless you request us to in the notes section of your order. A lot of customers would prefer us to not open and handle their item. If you want us to do a QC, or check for centering, action, etc, please put those notes in the order and we will be more than happy to do this for you. 

 

 When Will my order ship?

Orders that are received before 3pm EST on weekdays will ship same day! 

After 3pm EST orders will be shipped the following morning, however we will make every effort possible to still get it out same day. We ship USPS and FedEx on Saturday's, but not UPS.  

Orders placed after 11am EST Saturday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday. We are closed for Federal Holidays.

If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs.

 

SHIPPING

If your order is $50 or more, First Class USPS shipping is FREE. 

You MUST choose the "free shipping" option. 

 

  • Note: Some items are over sized and do not qualify for FREE shipping. These items will incur a shipping cost at checkout.
  • We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Some items cannot be shipped via your chosen method and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary. 
  • Delivery time varies. Nothing is Guaranteed currently.
  • Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. if you did not get one, chances are they went to your Spam folder. Please check there.
