The Process: We sharpen to a basic working edge on a 1" x 42" belt. 

The blade is then deburred and polished (not mirror-polished) using a compressed paper wheel with  compound.

AVAILABILITY & TURN AROUND TIME

On average, If you have one pocket knife, we can usually accomodate you while you wait*, anymore than one knife, we have a 24-48 hour turn around time.

(This can vary depending on work load.)

*There are certain times of the day, when we do not have someone on staff to sharpen*

**There is no "while-you -wait" sharpening done on weekends**
