The Control Fillet System delivers a 6-inch mirror finish 9Cr18MoV stainless fillet blade in an 11.5-inch overall package designed for processing fish. The flexible blade follows bone contours to maximize meat yield without waste. Black and green GRN handle features Hydrotread grip with GuideFins that maintain secure purchase in wet, slippery conditions common when filleting. 9Cr18MoV stainless steel resists corrosion from saltwater and fish acids while holding an edge through extended filleting sessions. The sheath system includes a built-in sharpener for field edge maintenance, a pocket clip for convenient carry, belt loop for traditional attachment, Velcro retention strap for secure blade retention, and vents that allow water drainage and prevent corrosion during storage. A lanyard hole provides an additional attachment point. Mirror finish blade reduces drag during cuts and simplifies cleanup. Everything needed for clean fillets from catch to cooler.
