Gunny Magic OTF Lube
Gunny Magic contains two dry lubricants suspended in a proprietary liquid lubricant base for fast, deep penetration. The formula pushes and cleans oils, dirt, and debris away from the area being lubricated. The main dry lubricant is graphene, enhanced with Molybdenum Disulfide. Graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms, is 200x stronger than steel with more lubricity than any single material known. When applied to a surface, graphene burnishes itself to fill pores or defects and becomes part of the surface. This allows the lubricant to improve as two parts slide across one another while offering superior wear protection and outstanding corrosion resistance. Molybdenum Disulfide is a dry solid lubricant powder with a hexagonal lamellar crystal structure similar to graphite, boron nitride, and tungsten disulfide. It has amazing film-forming properties and works as a super lubricant in moisture-free environments below 400°C. MoS2 offers tremendous lubricity in inert atmospheres and under high vacuum, where conventional lubricants fail. It also provides extreme pressure lubricant properties, withstanding up to 250,000 psi, for applications like cold metal forming. When combined with graphene and the proprietary liquid carrier, Gunny Magic delivers superior performance in tight tolerances for knife pivots, firearms, and precision mechanisms.
