Hinderer Knives Eklipse 3.5" Skinny Slicer
The Eklipse emerges as a design with a distinct personality separate from other Hinderer models like the XM-18. Rick Hinderer engineered the Eklipse using a linear approach for handle and blade proportions. Deployed blade creates a flowing line from tip through handle center, positioning blade tip centered in grip for an exceptionally light, comfortable feel during any task. Double finger grooves and sloping handle underside combine for ergonomic grip excellence. Thumb ramp with properly sized jimping ensures solid control in fencing-style grip. Features a steel lockbar insert and Triway pivot system standard. The Skinny series answers the demand for a slimmed-down version. A thinner profile is perfect for everyday carry users wanting reduced thickness and lighter weight. Special "Skinny" logo marks flipper tab. Hollow Grind improves cutting performance through a slight hollow enhancement to the slicer grind. Flat ground slicer already runs thinner behind the edge compared to Spearpoint and Spanto styles. Added hollow improves edge angles while maintaining sectional density and Hinderer toughness standards. Hollow Ground blades feature "H" marking on the flipper tab. This version features a Blue G10 Scale, a Stonewash Blue Frame, and a Stonewash CPM Magnacut blade. Made in the USA.
