    What a great knife. The fit and finish are excellent and it’s well put together. It’s just like every other Hogue knife I have handled in the past. It’s also surprisingly light and the ergonomics are outstanding. The action is a tad gritty but I think it just needs to be worked in a little bit. What I am most impressed with is the customer service at REC and the speed of delivery, You can’t beat it! The type of service they bring to the table will set them apart from other outfits that I have dealt with over the last year or two. Some of my experiences with the bigger companies were sometimes a bit sterile. I get it, if you deal in large volumes, customer service can be an afterthought. As a matter of fact, it’s the only knife retailer i have bothered to join and become a member .of on my first order. Very easy to make a purchase too. I plan on getting more gear from their site in the future. They have a good selection of items for sale on their site that aren’t strictly knife related and that’s a nice way to make your company a one stop shop for all your EDC and gear needs. Thanks for a great experience.
