The new KME stone thickness compensator enables fast, easy and extremely accurate angle adjustment when using stones of different thicknesses.
The kit includes an extended front plate for your stock ball and race assembly. Remove the assembly screw, swap your stock front plate with the extended front plate and you’re set to go. The stone thickness compensator clips right onto the sharpener and provides a baseline for adjusting the sharpening angle perfectly for any stone- thick or thin.
