This blade grind narrows rapidly, making a thin slicing edge that makes quick work of any cutting task, while the belly of the blade gives plenty of edge that can be used to cut at various angles. The reverse swedge on the spine of the blade runs up the entire blade and terminates at the trailing point tip, further mitigating cutting friction while providing a sharp tip that excels at cutting chores. The handle uses gentle slopes to index the hand, along with a pinky choil to aid with cutting power and support accurate cutting.
