The Short Bladed Rockeye, or SBR for short, is a compact version of our outstanding full sized Rockeye Auto. Both knives are designed by Marine Corps knife designer Les George, who’s ergonomic hard use knives have been faithfully translated to automatic versions by Pro-Tech. The SBR features a compact design, with a 2.5″ blade that’s built for a multitude of cutting tasks. A pocket milled spine adds extra grip and depth to the design. The knife snaps open with authority thanks to our Pro-Tech coil spring automatic mechanism. Don’t let it’s size fool you, the SBR is a bantam powerhouse.

Pro-Tech has been producing some of the highest quality and snappiest automatic knives in the world since 1999. Family-owned and based out of Placentia, California. Each Pro-Tech Knife is warrantied to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship by Pro-Tech Knives, LLC for life.

    Best EDC I have

Posted by Zachary Barker on 19th Jun 2024

This knife was purchased to be my every day, pocket carry, open up boxes, cut cardboard.... heavily abuse at work, knife. It has performed phenomenally. It has had daily use for months, the finish hold up great, the blade steel is very high quality, as always, Protech never disappoints with the opening action, and it's the perfect size for a daily use pocket knife. Perfect amount of purchase on the grip, thick and wide blade compared to most smaller knives, and not too threateningly sized to use at the office. Hold on to it good though.... It's SNAPPY. 10/10 WILL BUY A SECOND ONE JUST CAUSE.

    Little edc beast

Posted by Rev on 30th Aug 2022

This is my new favorite edc knife. Small, light, but sturdy and tough. Deploys with a kick. This is also the first pre-tech I have owned and I will absolutely own more. I am already looking for the next.
