Rob Saniscalchi is a knife maker, but what exactly is a knife maker? Equal parts artist, fabricator, machinist, designer, chemist, blacksmith and lunatic. As the owner of R.S.Knifeworks, he makes no claims to be a professional at any of these things. Simply put, he uses these skills together to create some of the meanest-edged weapons available. An obsession for anything sharp started early. By the time he was 7 years old, his father was already stockpiling pilfered knives. Twenty years later in late 2012 Rob made his first knife, and since then has never stopped. In nearly three years he has 100% handmade over 2000 blades and produced nearly 70 designs. Since day one his mission was to create the best possible blades and to provide the highest quality workmanship he could offer. If it isn't right, it doesn't leave!
