The ButtonUp is Spyderco's first manual-opening button-lock folder designed by Eric Glesser. Combines high-strength, ultra-convenient button-lock mechanism with ball bearing pivot washers for one of the smoothest and most fidget-friendly folder actions Spyderco has produced. Modified clip point blade in 8Cr13MoV stainless steel features a full-flat grind for superior edge geometry and strength. Lightweight, easy-to-clean, open-backed handle constructed with smooth carbon fiber/G-10 laminate scales reinforced with nested stainless steel microliners around pivot and lock. Reversible hourglass clip provides left or right-side tip-up carry. Clip anchors to a second set of microliners nested in the butt and straddle a lined lanyard tube for easy attachment of fobs and lanyards. Satin-finished blade with brightly finished hardware and matching hardware. PlainEdge configuration. Built for users who want smooth button-lock action with fidget-friendly operation in a versatile everyday carry package.
