Spyderco Moran
Bill Moran founded the American Bladesmith Society and helped rediscover hand-forged Damascus steel. Spyderco's 1995 collaboration on the "Featherlight" pattern marked their first fixed-blade. This Sprint Run commemorates the 30th anniversary and what would have been Bill's 100th birthday. Full-flat-ground blade uses Damasteel's "Dense Twist™" DS93X™ Martensitic Damascus steel. Two different hardenable steels forged together deliver superior strength, outstanding edge retention, excellent corrosion resistance, and stunning Damascus patterns.
