The Shaman earned a well-deserved reputation as one of Spyderco's most robust and capable folding knives. The Shaman Lightweight faithfully delivers all proven performance and design features of the original in a lighter, more affordable format. Handle scales feature the same comfortably radiused shape but are injection molded from resilient fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN). Reduces overall weight by nine percent and adds pebbled texture for enhanced grip. Scales house nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners that provide outstanding structural strength and form the backbone of the high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism. Ultra-reliable lock supports full-flat-ground CTS® BD1N stainless steel blade. Four-position pocket clip allows tip-up or tip-down carry on either side.
