Elevating the Spyderco SpyOpera design to all-new heights of sophistication, this Sprint Run proudly features a blade crafted from Thor™ pattern martensitic Damascus steel. Created by the Swedish firm Damasteel®, this extraordinary material is produced by a proprietary powder metallurgy process that forge welds layers of RWL 34 and PMC 27 into a state-of-the-art stainless Damascus steel. After the blade is precision machined and full-flat ground to final form, it is acid etched to reveal its intricate layered pattern. Equally distinctive, this knife’s handle showcases solid carbon fiber scales painstakingly finished to offer smooth, ergonomic, crowned surfaces. All other features of this exquisitely crafted knife are consistent with the proven SpyOpera design, including thoughtfully crowned surfaces on the spine of the blade and lock bar.

For the money this was a great buy. The blade geometry is fantastic. The fit and finish is amazing. The Dama blade with the carbon fiber handles are a perfect combo. Highly recommend.
