Spyderco Street Beat Lightweight Fixed Blade - Fred Perrin Design
The Street Beat Lightweight combines Fred Perrin's acclaimed Street Beat design with an injection-molded handle and sheath for exceptional functionality at an affordable price. The Bowie-styled blade is machined from VG-10 stainless steel with a full-flat grind for superior balance of edge geometry and strength. Non-reflective black ceramic coating addresses light discipline concerns for tactical users. The Fiberglass-reinforced nylon handle is injection molded directly onto the concealed tang with the same ergonomic contours as the original. Perrin's signature index-finger choil provides a streamlined but effective guard to prevent hand slippage during use. Jimping on the blade and handle spine provides high-traction thumb index for superior control during precise cutting. Generously sized lanyard hole accommodates attachment options. Includes injection-molded, snap-fit polymer sheath with G-Clip attachment that mounts to either side for ambidextrous use. Angle-adjustable G-Clip supports vertical, horizontal, or canted carry on a belt or inside waistband. Sheath features grommets instead of rivets for easy lashing or flex-tying to MOLLE platforms or other load-bearing gear. Built for utilitarian and personal-defense applications with manufacturing efficiencies that deliver proven design at an accessible price.
