Hall of Fame knifemaker Bob Terzuola set tactical blade standards since the early eighties. Sal Glesser revolutionized folders in 1981 with the first pocket clip, then paired it with the iconic Round Hole for one-hand opening. Bob became Spyderco's first collaborator in 1990 with the groundbreaking C15. The 1999 Starmate combined Bob's Advanced Technology Combat Folder qualities with Sal's innovations.
