Originally designed to comply with restrictive British knife laws, the UK Penknife™ has developed a cult following among pocketknife enthusiasts worldwide. The original SLIPIT™ model, it combines one-hand opening via our Trademark Round Hole with the convenience and accessibility of clip carry. This unique expression of it showcases a full-flat-ground blade crafted from CPM® SPY27®, a cobalt-enriched particle metallurgy stainless steel developed specifically for Spyderco. The blade is complemented by fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle scales molded in a distinctive cobalt blue that is one of the signature colors of our family of knives featuring this proprietary steel.

    I know this knife has a Euro marketplace, but it functions as a flawless Spydie with Glesser perfect ergos. Obviously you can't spydie flick it, but if you want a functional knife thats a great slicer, you should consider one of these. $100 for Spy27 is good value.
