The Atom boasts a 3.5-inch full flat ground blade crafted from CPM 20CV powdered metal steel, known for its durability and edge retention. With a blade stock measuring just 0.090 inches, it arrives razor-sharp straight out of the box. While not designed as a “hard-use” knife, the Atom excels as a reliable everyday companion for a variety of cutting tasks. TRM continues to refine its manufacturing processes to meet the high public demand for this popular model.
Built with titanium pocketed liners, the Atom offers a wide selection of easily replaceable scales, including options like carbon fiber, Micarta, G10, G11, TEK-Wood, and FAT Carbon. The knife also features a titanium deep-pocket carry clip, added by popular request, along with custom-made titanium thumb studs and barrel spacers.
Every TRM Atom is proudly manufactured and assembled in the USA using domestic materials and suppliers, with the exception of FAT Carbon, which is crafted in Lithuania. Each blade is proudly etched with "USA" to highlight its American craftsmanship.
