    Great EDC from TRM!

Posted by Jason B on 23rd Nov 2025

One of my only complaints with the TRM Neutron was that it always felt a little too thin and light for my taste, even though it absolutely slices like a laser. The Bulldog is a welcome compromise between being great for EDC carry while also having a little bit of beefiness. It’s kind of like the fatter twin to the Neutron. It’s not quite as slicey as the Neutron, but the thicker blade and the thicker handle just gives it a more substantial feel. TRM does such a great job with their textured carbon fiber scales and it has that really grippy feel. In addition, the enlarged flicking hole makes for easy deployment. The crossbar lock is well executed and the knife makes a wonderful ’ting’ which gives the Bulldog a nice fidgety appeal.
