    What a great knife to get in Magnacut!

    Pro-Tech rocks and have the best and smoothest… and fastest… and most solid automatic side opening knives. There’s no stick in their push buttons and they are solid when closed and open. I got this for my 25th wedding anniversary because I have wanted a knife in Magnacut. This is a gorgeous knife you need to get on the notification list for, so you can get a chance to buy it. I have a full blackout TR-3 Tactical but 2 is cool since this is Magnacut for hard and long use. I love how it Carrie’s and so easy to use. I love Texas and our knife laws, so it’s nice to carry any knife.

    Protech + Magnacut = A perfect match…

    A very strong spring, as expected from Protech knives. Though I typically avoid aluminum handles, these are thick, solid and the scale pattern has outstanding grip. The small safety button is unobtrusive and a welcome addition to ensure this knife does not accidentally deploy in my pocket. The blade shape and size are just right for my EDC needs, and I appreciate the muted finish. It is sharp out of the box, but not as sharp as Spyderco or TRM’s offerings. I will field test it more as my primary EDC to determine its wear resistance and toughness. If you can find one, I highly recommend the TR-3. It’s a quality knife.
