This limited-edition Exclusive version of the Spyderco Para™ 3 was specially manufactured for us, River's Edge Cutlery!

The most distinctive feature of this knife is its blade, which is crafted from CPM® 10V®, the very first member of Crucible's family of high-vanadium tool steels to be made by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy process. Often used as a replacement for carbide in demanding tooling applications, CPM 10V is also a favorite material of performance-oriented custom knifemakers. The blade of this elite knife takes full advantage of CPM 10V's remarkable properties with a full-flat grind and a PlainEdge™ cutting edge that provide outstanding edge geometry and low-friction cutting performance. It also features a beautiful satin finish.

The other unique element of this knife is its handle, which features peel-ply-textured coyote brown G-10 scales. To complement the blade’s Satin finish, the handle’s four-position clip, liners, and all other hardware are also silver.

    The BEST Para 3. 15V is a close second, but the better balanced characteristics of the 10v make this a better daily for the slightly more humid environments where I live. REC has the best Exclusives.

    Great little knife. Great edge retention, and not as fragile as Maxamet etc. Believe it's very similar to K390, which is no bad thing! The laser etched ? and a cerakote Lynch clip finishes it off nicely.

    Love this exclusive. The Spyderco Para 3 in 10V steel has incredible action and fantastic edge retention. A top-notch EDC with smooth deployment and a blade that holds up for ages!

    Para 3 in 10v what's not to love, the para 3 is a great edc size with great ergos an having a 10v blade will definitely be a nice bonus with its excellent edge retention this knife will be a great worker

    Love the durability and looks of this knife. This is in the mix for my pocket carry pretty much every day. Has held its edge very well. Would like to get my hands on the coated blade version sometime in the future.

    I got mine shortly after the blade show last year and it has been one of my go to knives. IMO 10V is an awesome steel, even more edge retention than K390 but still retains a solid amount of toughness steels like S90V and Maxamet lack. Good looking knife with an awesome steel.
