The first defining feature of this elite knife is its blade, which is precision machined from CTS® 204P, an advanced powder-metallurgy stainless steel that offers an exceptional balance of wear resistance, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Full-flat ground for optimal edge geometry and point utility, the PlainEdge™ blade also features a durable flat dark earth PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating that reduces its reflectivity and gives it a no-nonsense tactical appearance.

To complement its distinctive blade coating, the handle of this Para Military 2 proudly features olive drab G-10 scales, black-coated hardware, and a black-coated four-position pocket clip that offers a choice of left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry. The scales are textured for a non-slip grip and painstakingly machined to house nested stainless steel liners (Now coated in Black) that form the foundation of the knife's high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism. 

One of the most remarkable expressions of the Para Military 2 ever produced, this Exclusive knife is sure to become a highly prized collector's item.

    Awesome exclusive

    Really great knife, as almost any PM2 is. I love this edition of the exclusive line from REC. Only issue i had was a somewhat uneven grind and the tip was even a little blunted. Not your usual factory edge from Spyderco. The factory took care of it though no problem after sending it to them. I wish they would bring these back real soon so more people can enjoy them and not have to pay a secondary market mark up.

    Had always wondered what the hype was with the avocado ? exclusives was, so when this dropped i decided to check out one finally an it didn't disappoint typical pm2 an the finish on the blade is definitely a great addition to the knife help keep it looking new by protecting the blade finish, definitely a great addition to my collection.

    There is always something special about these Avocado knives. Yes they preform well and look great but it feels something special was added. My knife had one of the best and smoothest actions on a Spyderco I have seen. Great knife.

    Love this finish and blade

    I have a ton of spyderco products, everything from the delica to the new microjimbo. I’ve carried everything spyderco has to offer. The PM2 tho is in my opinion by far the best spyderco product on the market today. And nobody does it better than Rivers edge cutlery does. Their drops are easy to deal with, customer svc is awesome and they ship super fast. I try to buy from them as much as I can. Do yourself a favor and buy from them, you won’t regret it. I just bought their new drop also, the Kunwu Padre, still waiting on it but from what I’ve heard from others, it’s awesome. Check them out too. The way they do their DLC is awesome, it’s like a Liquid Metal, very cool stuff. Thanks for all you do REC!

    Three years ago when these first dropped I was one of the folks who got bumped because REC had by accident over sold their allotment. I was disappointed but low and be hold three years later they reached out to me and offered one of their new knives from the current run and at the same cost from three years ago! The knife is typical Spyderco quality and in this livery amazing! Finally, REC customer service ROCKS!

    Outstanding. Favorite pm2 in my collection of about 15. Hopefully the same color combo with different steels in the future. She's absolutely beautiful.

    From the packaging to the avocado poker chip everything about this is amazing, the g10 scales are nice and grippy, the way the letters and logos pop on the pvd is immaculate. I have yet to actually start carrying it but ik it’ll be one of my favorite edc’s when I do
