Heretic Knives NYX V2 Tanto
The NYX V2 Tanto from Heretic Knives is a slim, double-action automatic built for everyday carry users, collectors, and anyone who wants fast deployment in a streamlined package. This knife features a 3.62-inch CPM MagnaCut tanto blade at 0.14 inches thick with a DLC finish, hardened for strong edge retention and corrosion resistance. At 8.66 inches overall and 3.6 ounces, the NYX V2 offers one of the best blade-to-handle ratios in its class, delivering substantial cutting length without a bulky grip.
The NYX V2 features an all-new button system with nylon bases for an incredibly smooth, crisp action. The chassis has been completely reworked with a full flow-through design and an all-new internal base that maximizes the space inside, fitting as much blade as possible into the package. The all-new C-clip system eliminates traditional body screws entirely, leaving only the screws for the ambidextrous pocket clip for a clean, streamlined construction. The black aluminum handle measures 5.04 inches long and 0.45 inches thick, and the double-action thumb slide deploys and retracts the blade with a fast, reliable action built to hold up to repeated use. The internal lock keeps the blade secure when open, while a reversible pocket clip and low-profile glass breaker make the knife practical for left- or right-handed users. For this first run, the classic Martyr "Fishbone" milling returns on the chassis.
