This premium steel provides superior hardness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. Stonewashed finish hides scratches from use. Black anodized aluminum handle features texturing for a secure grip and keeps weight down for comfortable carry. Curved, staircase-style button feels natural under your thumb for reliable deployment.     Nice unobtrusive OTF knife

    Purchased this Livewire last Monday, 03 Feb 2025, in person at REC. Another great experience with the showroom staff, John was very nice and helpful. The Kershaw Livewire makes a very low key EDC as it disappears in your front pants pocket due to it's thin dimensions and low profile pocket clip. Action is very smooth and positive, the handle is very comfortable in the hand. Blade size is great for everyday tasks with its blade and edge geometry, the blade and tip were razor sharp right out of the box. There is a small amount of blade play in the deployed position but no more than average, with the blade retracted into the handle there is no rattle when shaken on my example. Very happy with the purchase. Thanks again REC!

    Love, love, love this OTF! Bought the GT Recon035 as well in Elmax and love that one too but this is my go to for daily use and Magnacut is perfect! Plus for the price point you can’t get better.
