The Native Chief takes the iconic Native model and extends it by one third for longer, more capable cutting. This elite Sprint Run features a blade crafted from CPM 15V with a sophisticated alloy composition that creates an exceptionally high volume of small, ultra-hard vanadium carbides. Optimized with a special heat-treating protocol created by custom knifemaker Shawn Houston for breathtaking cutting performance and edge retention. Full-flat-ground blade features Shawn Houston's "Triple B" logo laser-engraved on the reverse side. Linerless handle with brown peel-ply-textured G-10 scales, high-strength back lock mechanism, stainless steel backspacer, and fully configurable four-position pocket clip. Built for users who demand extreme edge retention and cutting performance in an extended Native platform with premium steel optimized by a renowned custom maker.

    The Chief I received was excellent! Absolutely perfect centering, even bevels, sharp and slicey. As smooth an action as anyone could ask for in a lockback. It won't drop shut, but most lockback don't. Couldn't ask for more.
