This REC exclusive brings CPM 10V steel to Spyderco's compact powerhouse. CPM 10V is the very first member of Crucible's family of high-vanadium tool steels to be made by the Crucible Particle Metallurgy process. Often used as a replacement for carbide in demanding tooling applications, CPM 10V is also a favorite material of performance-oriented custom knifemakers. This Exclsuive Lil'Native pairs a DLC-coated blade with coyote brown G-10 scales, while black liners, clip, and hardware complete the aesthetic.

    It’s ok, I thought I would like it more. Pocket clip is chewed up and is loosing the black coating. Spyderco box was also mashed up but the shipping box was fine. Looked like someone played with it before I got the knife. I’m pretty underwhelmed especially considering the price.

    First REC exclusive, wish I got the other ones, lil'native is a great 5th pocket knife, bit on the small side for a main EDC, but overall great quality and awesome color combo!

    Grate size for your fifth pocket or wanting to keep it legal in certain locations. Spyderco does little big knives well and the colour way and awesome 10V steel make this hard to pass up. Thanks REC for your fast shipping as always. Now just waiting for the next exclusive :)

    To be honest , it's hard to write something huge. Knife is literally perfect. No blade play, greatly assembled, sharp AF and with even bevels. If they are still in stock in November, I will buy the second one.

    I must have been the first EU customer to carry this gem. Delivered by diligence, I now can enjoy this 10V DLC coated blade. What an edge retention friends! The lil native worth it with a true steel cause I ain’t named lil for nothing. When I first handled it I found it surprisingly little. I use it for light duty and carry along either my Manix 2 XL Crucarta or Shaman as beater. Long story short I don’t see myself having another type of lil native than the Scorpion. Thanks REC !
